~ Lessons & Programmes ~Lippert Music Centre has eleven studios, and offers private lessons in piano, guitar, bass, voice, music theatre, violin, cello, drums, flute, clarinet, and other winds. We offer group classes in theory, student ensembles, adult ensembles, as well as the School of Hard Rock and Music Theatre camps. Lippert's teachers are professionals in all genres of music, including classical, jazz, rock, opera, music theatre, traditional, and ethnic musics. We also offer preparation for Royal Conservatory of Music Exams. Earn High School Credits Students taking RCM examinations can earn high school music credits through our programs. Grade 11 high school credit is earned by completing Grade 7 Practical + Intermediate Rudiments. Grade 12 high school credit is earned by completing Grade 8 Practical + Advanced Rudiments. The Canadian Children’s Arts Tax Credit (CATC) is a new, non-refundable tax credit based on expenses paid for the cost of registration of children in an eligible program of artistic, cultural, recreational or developmental activity. You may be entitled to a tax credit of up to $500 per child under 16 for eligible music lessons. Find out more at www.cra-arc.gc.ca Tuition/Education Amount Tax Credit For students over 16, we are also an officially registered institution, and offer official tax receipts for the Tuition/Education income tax credit (T2202A).
