Chris Bailey has been a full-time music teacher with the Toronto District School Board for over 25 years. He has taught guitar and theory lessons to private students for over 30 years. He is a passionate music educator, sharing his love of all genres of music with his students. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba, a Bachelor of Music Degree from McGill University, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from Lancaster University, UK, and is a fully certified Ontario teacher.

He is primarily a Jazz guitarist, and performs regularly as part of the Bailey-Willis Jazz Duo, also known as The Silverbacks. The duo can be seen performing live on Saturday mornings from 10 until noon at Poured Coffee on Danforth Avenue. Chris looks forward to helping you achieve your musical goals at Lippert Music Centre!
